Trips Booked and Provided by Heise Expeditions
Join us for the overnight of a lifetime in the spectacular South Fork River canyon. The canyon is nothing short of magical and the fishing is fantastic.

You'll spend 2 full days floating the entire 27 mile stretch of the canyon, stopping in places to fish some of the structures. The South Fork has an impressive population of Snake River Cutthroat, Rainbows and German Brown Trout that rivals most other rivers in the area.
Wake up in the morning to a hearty breakfast on the river! This is truly the best way to experience the South Fork canyon. While fishing, you will see an abundance of wildlife including non-game song birds, moose, Blue Herons, Bald and Golden Eagles.
Your trip includes two days of guided fishing in the South Fork Canyon, one night of deluxe camping and full course meals. The Heise Expeditions camp located halfway down the 27 mile long stretch canyon of the South Fork. This facility will challenge many of the ideas you may have about "roughing it" in the outdoors.
The entire trip is catered by our favorite cook who offers some of her famous specialties.
For all the guided trips above we recommend bringing waders, rain gear and clothing appropriate to the time of the year and conditions. We can supply waders and rain gear if you don't have your own.
Generally your guide will meet you at our store in downtown Jackson, but other arrangements can be made.
All our trips include lunch, transportation, beverages and any loan rods. You’ll just need to get a few flies, leaders and an Idaho fishing license. Cameras and binoculars are well worth bringing, because it is uncommon not to see wildlife along the river.
All South Fork trips are provided by licensed Idaho outfitters and include loan rods and waders.
