Only a short 2 miles from downtown Jackson flows Flat Creek, a meandering creek with many spring creek characteristics.

After its opening on August 1, Flat Creek offers fly fishermen an opportunity to learn how to catch fish that are challenging. This is not a beginners river, but if you have your basic casting skills down, we will be happy to guide you on this creek, where you will learn the techniques of match-the-hatch spring creek type of fishing.
